Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. We offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping.

Domestic Shipping:

We currently ship to all EU countries and selected countries outside of the EU. Delivery times typically range from 1-3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipping:

We also ship internationally to select countries. International delivery times and rates will vary based on destination. Customs fees, taxes, and import duties outside of EU may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
