This baking mix lets you make fresh, gluten-free keto bread at home. Each 300g pack contains a ready-to-use dry mix. You add a few simple ingredients and bake a full loaf yourself.
Each slice contains only 1.25g of carbohydrates. The finished bread contains up to 23g of fat per 100g of product and provides a good amount of protein.

What You Need to Bake the Bread
To prepare the bread, you will need the following additional ingredients:
- 300ml hot water
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice
- 70g coconut oil or olive oil
- 4 eggs
How to Bake
Preheat your oven to 190°C. Mix the oil with hot water, then add the baking mix and combine using a spoon or mixer on low speed. Add the eggs and mix until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes to thicken, then add vinegar or lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf approximately 5cm high, score the top with three cuts, and place on a lined baking tray. Bake for 50–55 minutes using the fan function. Check doneness with a toothpick before removing from the oven. Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
How to Enjoy It
The finished bread works well as a direct substitute for regular bread. It pairs well with keto-friendly spreads, creams, jams, avocado, eggs, salmon, or your choice of toppings — both sweet and savoury.
